This piece also has a small hole right on the selvage so see photo with ruler. This is the part of the fabric that you wouldn't normally place pattern pieces for cutting out so it won't affect the use of the fabric.
Colour: Barbados Blue
Fabric content: 56% New Zealand Merino wool, 5% spandex and 39% nylon.
A merino blend makes this fabric more durable for activewear and sportswear when it is constantly being washed and also gives a tighter fit with the spandex. Also it dries quicker than a 100% merino wool.
Has good stretch both ways.
Fabric weight: 200g
Has a very faint stitch line which may be slightly visible on one side of the fabric. See photos. The line is approx. 40cm in from one selvage. It is an intermittent flaw so on some parts of the fabric the line is not noticeable at all. The fabric will be cut randomly as it comes off the roll.
Use: Tops, camisoles, singlets. baby wear, hats, beanies, cardigans, baby blankets, base layers, t shirts, leggings, activewear, neck warmers.
Machine washable on a wool cycle.
