This is a merino blend knit that has the look and feel of a merino jersey knit on one side and a nylon knit on the other side. You can use either side as the right side. The nylon side almost looks like the shell type fabrics on wind jackets but is not stiff and equally can be used as the wrong side of the fabric if you want the merino side outward facing.
You can make garments with the nylon side as the outer for wind resistance and have the merino on the skin side next to your body for warmth and softness. Or have the nylon side on the inside with the merino on the outer so it looks just like a 100% merino garment.
This fabric is great for waterfall cardigans as either side can be showing and you get the nice contrast in colour.
Use: Tops, sweatshirts, jackets, cardigans, dresses, tunics.
Machine washable on a wool cycle.
