Please contact us to order if you are unable to checkout online with this fabric as the website may not be able to automatically calculate the shipping cost as this is a bulky fabric to send.
This fabric has been reduced as it has a random flaw which is faint white marks. They are random on the roll of fabric so some fabric will have more or less of the whitish marks and some pieces no flaw at all. See the photos with the pen pointing to the whitish marks. Some of them blend into the fabric when draped but if making a garment these marks may be visible. The photos with the pen in them to show the flaw are NOT the correct colour of the fabric. The first photo is a stock photo of the fabric and is the closest to the true colour (as it displays on our screen however due to screen display there may be some variation on your screen).
Colour: Brayford Blue- this is not a solid colour as it has a slight black marl speckle. The back or wrong side of the fabric is plain royal blue brushed back. The fabric is closest in colour to the first photo. The photos with the pen in them are lighter in colour to try and show the flaw.
Fabric content: 38% NZ Merino wool, 54% nylon and 8% elastane
Fabric type: Merino sweatshirting with a brushed backing. The fabric is smooth on the right side and has a brushed backing so it is soft against your skin and the brushed back helps trap in warmth.
Fabric weight: 285g
Width: 150 cm
Stretch: A little one way stretch.
Use: Smaller and draped items like scarves, neck warmer etc as flaw may show in a garment.
Machine washable on a wool cycle.
