Fabric composition: 36% merino, 20% spandex and 44% nylon.
The nylon is used to stabilise the fabric and provide durability. There is more spandex in this merino fabric so there is good stretch both ways. 10cm of fabric will stretch to 15cm across the fabric and will stretch to 13cm lengthwise. This amount of stretch makes this type of fabric great for form fitting garments like leggings or close fitting tops.
