1m Neon Orange with white spots 15mm wide fold over elastic FOE foldover- last metre piece

Length: 1m- to buy more change the quantity to 2 for 2m etc. Elastic will be cut as a continuous length. 

Width: 15mm when flat.

Satin finish to right side of elastic. 

Use this elastic to bind necklines, hems, sleeves or bind a baby blanket or wrap or for other crafts and sewing.

Elastic has a line down the middle so you can fold it in half to sew.

Or use flat as a trim for scrapbooking, or sew on as a trim.

Great for  hair ties and headbands.
