NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

 

For delivery to a New Zealand address we  use NZ Post courier services. Please choose the correct NZ post delivery service. If your address is Rural, please choose the rural delivery option. 

NZ Post automatically checks addresses when we print a courier label. If the incorrect courier options has been paid for with your order and the address is rural, we will need to recover the RD surcharge of $5.70. 

We can send to a P O Box address and this is a non rural service so no surcharge is required. 

For International Shipping- Delivery To A Non New Zealand Address
Customs Duty and Taxes will be the buyer's responsibility.

📣 Important Update for USA Customers: Due to new U.S. government regulations imposed in August 2025, all orders being sent to the USA are now subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total.

• Customer Responsibility: All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
• Payment Process: Shipments are sent DAP (delivery at place). DHL will contact you once the package arrives in the US to collect the required fees.
• Processing Fees: In addition to duty, DHL may charge an administrative processing fee for customs clearance.
• Potential Delays: Please be aware that mandatory customs checks may cause slight delays in delivery times. 

• We will only send parcels to the USA using DHL. The tracked post service is no longer available.
