Wisteria blue fold over elastic in a dark cornflower blue shade, with a shiny satin finish on one side.
Use the centre guide line to fold the elastic in half for binding necklines, hems, sleeves, baby blankets and wraps. Leave it flat for headbands, waistbands and decorative trims.
Supplied as a 3.3m length. Width: 20mm when flat.
70% chinlon (nylon) and 30% elastane. Excellent stretch and recovery.
